Review
‘Hilariously tongue-in-cheek, I loved it, and it made enormous sense even though I have no boss and attend no office. Thanks for writing this book!’
—Naseeruddin Shah, actor
‘Jairam Menon breaks the rules, busts the myths and does it in an enjoyable, conversational style.’
—Vir Sanghvi, writer and columnist
‘We are told to take seriously life, vocation, avocation, relationships, and every possible influence on us. That is absolutely correct.
We are also told NOT to take too seriously life, vocation, avocation, relationships and every influence. That is also correct. When we are confused, we are told to find the balance. Hell, how do you find that mythical balance?
Read this book.’
—R. Gopalakrishnan, author and corporate advisor
‘Jairam has brewed a great cup of tea with some amazing masala ingredients. Every sip or every chapter makes you think anew about a problem that you may have encountered and then makes you smile. Pick up this book, brew some masala tea and enjoy both with some salty snacks.’
—Ambi Parameswaran, brand strategy coach and bestselling author
‘Crackling wit, a droll voice and astute observations on the truisms of life, this is an absolute must-read. One of those books you dip into over and over again in the vain hope of a nugget you perchance missed.’
—Kiran Manral, author
