Review

each story is a miniature masterpiece, as clear, warm and precise as the illustrations by the author that accompanied them, crafted by a mind that understood the importance of comfort reading -- Lucy Mangan - Guardian

The nostalgic charm, gentleness and simplicity of the Milly-Molly-Mandy stories have stood the test of time and a new generation cannot help but fall in love with the spirit of adventure and the warm evocation of family life that are so central to this ordinary little girl’s life. Perfect for reading aloud, these thirteen stories will bring back happy memories for parents and grandparents, and introduce younger readers to a very ordinary but very special little girl! -- Pam Norfolk - The Lancashire Post

The Milly-Molly-Mandy books are gorgeous, gentle things, and in a world where that sort of thing seems somewhat hard to find, they shine. They really, really do. -- Daisy Johnson - didyoueverstoptothink.com
