About the Author

Pratap Padode has over twenty-six years of expertise in infrastructure-led thought leadership through six specialised magazines and conferences. He has won awards for his contributions in publishing and journalism. A Chartered Accountant by education, Pratap started his career with financial journalism as co-founder of India’s bestselling equity magazine Dalal Street Journal in 1986. He then pivoted to delving whole-heartedly into infrastructure. Today, he heads the FIRST Construction Council, which focuses on infrastructure, construction, real estate, sustainable cities, economy and finance; he also champions the cause of quality in infrastructure and construction.
