He founded one of the earliest analytics outsourcing companies, Inductis, which he ran for eight years before merging it with EXL Service. He then founded Estee Holdings. Estee is a capital markets firm that makes investment decisions using quantitative methods and executes them using computer systems. Over the years, it has developed leading products in
investing and broking using analytics and computer science. More recently, these sophisticated quant algorithms have been packaged into model portfolios for retail investors. Sandeep's passion is to help people invest well. He is happy that his parents, relatives, friends and even his grown children have come to trust his advice.
